The Mentoring Company™ was formed in 1993 with the intent to coach organizations
to successfully implement mentoring as a tool to mobilize the talents
of their employees. From its beginnings, the people of The Mentoring Company™ have
held a commitment to the power of mentoring for building leadership.
Realizing the limited success of one on one mentoring, The Mentoring Company set
out to develop a group learning model. Mentoring Circles were created.
The circles blend the contemporary learning team model and the traditional
concept of mentoring, but goes far beyond both. Mentoring Circles
have evolved into an effective learning tool for empowering leadership
within organizations.
Determined to
provide client satisfaction, The Mentoring Company researched the effectiveness
of the Mentoring Circles through both quantitative and qualitative
methodologies. With proven results, The Mentoring Company's business strategy was
to expand Mentoring Circles to a variety of industries. Our customers
range from academic institutions to international corporations.
